You can shop online with us without creating a customer account with us. By registering with us, you will enjoy the following benefits.

How To Place Your Order

  1. Select the color and quantity of products you’d like to purchase and click Add to cart.
  2. Check the contents of your cart.
  3. Click Go to checkout.
  4. Enter your personal information. *Automated email notifications may be filtered as junk — please take a moment to review your mail settings.
  5. Select your shipping method.
  6. Select your payment method.
  7. Review your order information and click Pay now to complete the process.
  8. You will receive an automated order confirmation email.

Please note:

  • Your order is not confirmed until you have completed the purchase process. Having items in your cart does not guarantee purchase during periods of high demand.
  • Products displayed indicate the inventory at Woset Online Store. Online and in-store availability may differ. Please contact us if you’d like to purchase more than the available quantity.
  • Products shown online may vary slightly in color or finish.
  • We do not accept orders for resale. If we determine a purchase is made for the purpose of resale, such as purchasing large quantities of a specific product or placing multiple orders for the same product, we reserve the right to cancel your order regardless of whether the order has been completed.

International orders

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express *Debit cards issued by the above credit card companies are also accepted. *JCB is accepted for Amazon Pay purchases. (Amazon Japan account holders only.)

Receipt

Receipts are not enclosed unless requested. If you would like a receipt to be sent, please refer to the information below as the method of issuing a receipt depends on your payment method.

  • For credit card payments The statement sent by your credit card company is equivalent to a receipt.
  • If you would like to receive a receipt issued by us When placing your order, please note “Receipt required” under Order comments and specify the receipt address and description. Once your order is dispatched, we will email a link to your receipt to the email address provided at the time of order.
  • Please note: If receipt details are not specified, the receipt will be issued with the following information. Address: Purchaser name For: Cost of stationery The payment method will be clearly indicated in the description, such as "credit card payment”. The amount on the receipt will be the total of the products (incl. tax) + shipping costs and dated with the date of order. If you have not received your receipt by email after the delivery of your order, please check your junk mail settings or contact us for assistance.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations

Cancellations and changes to your order or shipping address are not accepted after order confirmation. Upon receiving your order, please check the contents and contact us within 7 days if there are any problems.

After delivery

▶ Return or exchange due to customer change of mind We accept returns of strictly unused products within 7 days from the date of delivery. All return shipping costs will be payable by the customer. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will not accept the following returns or exchanges:

・Products that have been used

・Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer

・Products without original packaging (bag, box, case)

・Products not purchased from Woset Online Store

・More than 8 days have passed after delivery

・Where contact has not been made with Woset Online Store

▶ Return or exchange due to our error In the event that you receive products that are incorrect, damaged, soiled or defective, please contact us and we will respond as soon as possible. If deemed unsatisfactory by us, we will provide an identical replacement and cover the return shipping costs (if a replacement is not available, a refund will be offered). 

Shipping Information

Domestic shipping

▶ Delivery Your order will be delivered with Sagawa Express. *Delivery with Yu-Pack for Okinawa prefecture and remote islands. We’re unable to accept requests for any other delivery services.

▶ Shipping charge ¥750 per order (¥1,700 for Okinawa and remote islands). *Shipping is free for orders over ¥6,000 (incl. tax) with the exception of Okinawa and remote islands. Some products are excluded from free shipping. Please see the product page for more information.

▶ When will my order ship? Orders typically ship within 3 working days of receiving your order, excluding weekends and public holidays.

▶ Please note:

  • Cancellations and changes to your order or shipping address are not accepted after order confirmation.
  • One shipping address may be specified per order.
  • All online orders must be delivered and cannot be collected in person.
  • Delivery date and time selection may not be available for some regions such as remote islands.
  • Some destinations such as remote regions or islands may incur a transit fee in addition to the standard shipping charge. We will contact you if this applies to your order. Please note that the transit fee will be payable on all orders including those over ¥6,000.
  • Delivery delays may occur due to factors such as delivery destination, traffic and weather.
  • In the event that you are not at home at the time of delivery, please check the missed delivery notice issued by the shipping provider or your parcel tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email, and contact the shipping provider directly within 6 days from the notice.
  • If your parcel is returned to us due to extended absence or refused delivery, you may be charged for the return shipping and redelivery costs incurred.

  • Please enter your name and shipping address in Roman characters.
  • Your order may be subject to the customs duties and taxes of the destination country, as well as customs clearance fees charged by the local postal service. The recipient is responsible for payment of all customs duties and other charges that arise after shipment.
  • For shipments outside of Japan, a commercial invoice will be provided to avoid customs delays. In order to comply with international import/export laws and regulations, we will not accept requests to alter the order amount on the commercial invoice to a lesser value.
